Malibu is Chitchat's newest room, opened at Cross Creek Ranch on Civic Center Way. It is the brand's third location and the first built around local Malibu collaborations. The current owner feed confirms two matcha drinks here: Dial 7, finished with vanilla bean creme and fresh orange zest, and a Malibu strawberry matcha made with fruit from nearby Thorne Family Farm. The cafe opens at 8am daily, closing at 5pm Monday through Thursday and 6pm Friday through Sunday.
