Dumbstruck Coffee opened in City of Industry in 2025 and added a Koreatown cafe later that year. Its matcha menu includes cream-topped einspanners, lattes, strawberry matcha and tonic, alongside a coffee menu. Both locations also offer a matcha-shot addition to Yuzu Sparkling.
