First Flight Coffee is Hanna Shim's aviation-themed cafe in Torrance. Its signature First Flight Matcha pairs a matcha latte and house-made syrup with matcha cold foam. The menu also includes fruit tonics, flavored matcha lattes and a four-drink Signature Flight that mixes matcha, coffee and other tea drinks.
