The Scoop
The Long Beach cafe is in unit 103 on North Bellflower Boulevard. A wood-lined banquette, central tables and a matcha-whisk mural surround the service counter. Level 1 matcha soft serve is the everyday option; the owner schedules Levels 2 and 3 for the third week of each month starting Tuesday. Weekly mixed flavors also rotate.
