Its six shared matcha rows are joined by Anaheim-only Matcha Castella, a soft pastry with matcha custard, matcha castella cookie, and milk cream. The four-drink set is Banana Creme Matcha Latte, Matcha Sea Salt Coldbrew, Matcha Rose Latte, and Matcha Latte. Everything is baked daily from 100 percent Hokkaido flour with additive- and preservative-free dough. The branch is open Tuesday through Sunday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
