The Scoop
Onescape Coffee sums itself up in three words on its own front page: espresso, matcha, rhythm. It opened in Koreatown in September 2025 and made its name on a signature cream top, matcha cream included, sitting on almost everything it pours. The Infatuation put it well when Cathy Park wrote that the room looks like a spa waiting room where everything is stone, marble or cream-colored, while the drinks come out as colorful as Erewhon smoothies. Tall glasses arrive garnished with edible flowers, chocolate shavings and cotton candy playing to the cloud theme. Matcha runs through the menu in several directions, pairing with hazelnut, with strawberry and with actual tiramisu. The blueberry matcha is the one we would order first, and the Nutty Twist, an espresso layered with cream and peanut butter, is the one to come back for. It sits in Vermont Plaza on the corner of Vermont and 4th with free parking, open eight to seven Monday through Thursday, eight to nine on Friday and Saturday, and nine to seven on Sunday.
