The signature is the double matcha einspanner under a cap of cloud-like cream, and the pandan matcha latte is the one we would take second. It has become a cult name among Orange County matcha drinkers, with two rooms in Little Saigon, on Garden Grove Boulevard and on Brookhurst in Fountain Valley. The Garden Grove space is airy with real room to spread out.
