The Garden Grove Airoma is on Garden Grove Boulevard in Little Saigon, and it is the room that made Airoma a cult name among Orange County matcha drinkers. The ceremonial grade comes from the hills of Uji, and the double matcha einspanner under its cap of cloud-like cream is the drink to order. Pandan matcha latte is the one we would take second. The space is airy with genuine room to spread out, which makes it usable for a long session. The wider board is that of a Vietnamese coffee shop, so egg coffee and ube coffee sit alongside matcha strawberry and matcha ube. We would work through more than one visit's worth.
