The Scoop
Chafinity Tea House sits on Bristol Street in Costa Mesa, a room built around authentic Japanese matcha and tea in a county better known for coffee. The organic matcha comes directly from the Kagoshima farmer Kentaro Chiba's mother introduced him to, which is about as short and personal a supply chain as this site records. It reads as a tea house in the proper sense, so give it more time than you would a cafe and let the service work at its own pace. Vivot is in Fullerton and Ayer is in Tustin if you are building an Orange County day around tea. We would put Chafinity last, when there is time to sit.
