This is the ROW DTLA room, tucked into a converted produce-market complex on South Alameda, and the group calls it the hub for their downtown and Arts District regulars. The setting gives it a different pace from the rest of the group. You can take a coffee while you window-shop the complex or settle in and make a break of it, and the full food and drink menu is available. We find the matcha latte tastes the same as everywhere else, which is the point, and the surroundings are the variable worth coming for.
